📸 Tips for Best Results
Photograph the full cover including all four edges — don't crop out the title or corners.
Lay the comic flat and shoot straight down — avoid angles that distort the cover.
Include the indicia (small print on the inside cover) for pre-barcode comics from before 1974.
For key issue identification, photograph the first appearance page in addition to the cover.
Natural daylight gives the best colour accuracy — avoid harsh flash which bleaches colours.
If the comic has a price box or barcode, make sure it's legible in the photo.
Don't remove comics from bags and boards unnecessarily — photograph through a clean bag if needed.
For grading estimates, photograph the corners, spine, and staples as separate images.
What Collectors Say
I found a stack of 1960s comics at an estate sale and had no idea what I had. Uploaded photos of 40 books and identified every single one in minutes. One turned out to be an Amazing Spider-Man #14 — first Green Goblin. Worth over $2,000. This tool paid for itself a thousand times over.

As a shop owner I get walk-ins every day with boxes of old comics. This tool lets me give instant, informed quotes without spending hours researching. The key issue detection is particularly impressive — it correctly identified a Hulk #181 (first full Wolverine) that a customer thought was worthless.
Sarah R.
Comic Shop Owner
I liquidate estates and comic collections are the hardest inventory to price quickly. This AI identified a complete run of Uncanny X-Men from issues #1–200 in about 10 minutes. Game changer for my business.
Tom P.
Estate Liquidator
Inherited my dad's collection and knew nothing about comics. Photographed 200 books and got full identifications, key issue alerts, and value ranges for all of them. Discovered his copy of Amazing Fantasy #15 — it changed everything.

First-Time Collector
I buy and sell at conventions and use this tool to quickly identify books I haven't seen before. The variant cover identification is especially good — correctly identified a 1:100 incentive variant that the seller had no idea about.
Robert D.
Convention Dealer
I use it to identify donations to our school library's graphic novel section. But I've also discovered some seriously valuable books people donated thinking they were worthless. Found a near-mint New Mutants #98 (first Deadpool) in a donation bin!
